Effective October 1, 2026, AlexaMD will be hitting the pause button. This will give us the opportunity to reset and come back better than ever to serve you in 2027.
Between now and September 30, 2026, AlexaMD remains available to you. We will continue to offer follow-up consultations, process refill requests, and do everything we can to make sure your care is not interrupted.
If you have upcoming needs — refills, follow-ups, questions about your treatment plan — please reach out through our secure portal before September 21st so we can take care of them together.
